Yes, 30 turns is too long I'm afraid. My clear was on 24 turns and yet I still only reached 850 years for example.
Despite 30 turns still being an extremely good result (should net you both Isabella and Lan if I'm not mistaken, if that is the best that you could do, then I'm afraid that the only advice I have left is probably to use more healing items, considering you've probably already managed to get your generals to max rank/nobility, or near enough to it.

Finally got Victoria. What really kept me from getting her was resource. I loaded old save game around round# 20, aimed to complete the game with 3000+ hammer, and... she appeared!!!
Here are my 2 conquest games with the only difference is amount of hammer at the end. One yields 850 years rule while another 800. So the cut point given my scenario is around 3200-3300 hammer.
Round: 31 Gold: 9999 Industry: 3309 Food: 9381 Medals Earned: 37 Scenario: 1798 Europe (Holy Roman Empire) Years Ruled: 850 Campaign Stars: 420
Round: 31 Gold: 9999 Industry: 3129 Food: 9381 Medals Earned: 38 Scenario: 1798 Europe (Holy Roman Empire) Years Ruled: 800 Campaign Stars: 420

Hah, well then, congratulations! Welcome to the club!
That being said, knowing that she can be completed in >30 turns makes the entire task much less trivial than it seemed before, so I'm expecting to see a lot more of those Victoria clears in the future. Of course, it still won't be easy, but you won't have to go into the depth of perversion of spamming nigh-endless healthpacks like me, hehe.

Nicelly done Kanue not just for getting Victoria but also for apparently discovering a great method to unlocking her. The combination of high amount of hammers (3k+) with higher play turns than expected (31) looks like a winner. How many health pack did you end up using?

Thanks guys. Getting a lot of resources within 31 turns is surely much easier than finishing with 26 turns. I recalled Mdog also got Victoria with 31 turns and one business general so I tried playing around with resources. btw, I used 1 medium medikit on a minor general in an unnecessary occasion.

Most excellent,I think we can wrap this up nicely and change the tittle from "work in progress" to just "requirements for last 2 princess" as we now have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to do this.

You need to level up your rank and nobility to get them.. I get lan in 23 turns hre. Rank level 50 nobility level 55 420 stars.. I don't have victoria yet.
