This week I try a sort of different type of challenge, one with some sort of leaderboard where you try to come out on top of all other forumers. If these leaderboard challenges are popular I'll do these one instead. Play Pacific Allies 6, Battle of Leyte Gulf, on hard difficulty Gain as much gold as you can. The one with the most gold at the end of the campaign (you can use all turns of the campaign) wins. Don't recruit to much units, as these cost precious gold, but don't recruit too little, cause then you won't be able to conquer enough cities to gain gold. You can use generals, though they come with a price. For each general you use 100 gold will be deducted from your total. The first general will cost 150 gold. To eliminate all fraud from happening, I want you to create a screenshot of every 2 turns if you want to participate in this challenge. Good luck! NetherFreek

NetherFreek, I think that the Pacific Axis 1 challenge was kind of impossibly hard...

NetherFreek, I think that the Pacific Axis 1 challenge was kind of impossibly hard... You mean the one with the mines? Unless we created dying troops with low HP to sail onto mined seas,.it's impossible to knock out the 1 mine without clearing the entire tile.

I even tried using a 17 HP destroyer against the mines, and it removed 2 mines instead of one!

well.. nobody participated... It was not a hot competition, for sure But I remember I was there and completed 17 (or something like that of them). Technically speaking I won it It'a a pity that players haven't time to participate more actively. Some of the tasks were quite challenging. You do a great job NetherFreek as moderator. Don't be discouraged. I think the problem is in the game itself. It is a good one, but it cannot overwhelm you... That's imo the main reason why we don't have a busy life on the forum, with all the consequences...

Oh oops, there i see the problem. The goal was just to remove at least one mine from each tile, but i've written it down so vaguely...
