Which country observes Halloween and how they do it.

We have the Basler Fasnacht (I'm from Basel-Land) which is Carneval like but verd different.
People go as Waggis onto the Morgestraich and march for 3 days.
At the end they're in the city (Basel) and pretty much capture the city.
In the village I lived in there would be something like wagons full of Waggis giving out candy. You would go up to them and reach out your hand. There were some pranksters who would put confetti in your back while you were just normally there or some of the Waggis would claim to give you candy and then throw confetti at you

I remember when I was with my older brother and somebody tried putting confetti in his shirt. My brother chased him down and almost beat him up

You could buy bags (10kg) of confetti for like $5 and let it rain on everybody. Also the town got really dirty after celebrating, everywhere (literally everywhere) was fricking confetti.
I had a Waggis too of course but I didn't wear it too often, I would normally be there with some friends sometimes looking for victims.

Btw I'd just like to say that since I'm a what they call over there "kanak" I have a billion cousins so if you're pranking somebody over there and you see a migrant he's probably my cousin
