So the grind for Zhang, then the even greater grind for Monty, then fall back to Dowding for “support”, get Fletcher somewhere in there, then, maybe,’just maybe, Mannerheim for infantry

Im working on getting monty then zhanf, fletcher, dowding then rundstedt because I like him for some weird reason, also probably going to grab arnold, my hope is that i can still do good in the game without the good gens of gunderian, konev and rommel. (might get gunderian and Konev, because they are good) |

Ooh, the unorthodox play. Hmm. You only have Timoshenko in pacific? A navy gen like Fletcher or Halsey could help, maybe an arty gen like Zhang? Yeah, I can beat pacific with a tank and arty gen easily then need navy for hard mode, thinking about zhang instad of leeb just because why not, but am wondering what gold teir gen should be first. (saying no to graziani and patton because i dont like eithe rof them in WC4) yamashita and montgomery (if your really going wild with trying) |

thinking yamashita or rundstedt and then arnold, and then a arty like zhang and then a navy gen like fletthcer. Then I will get gunderian and konev( might have to medal farm for them at that point)

You should be able to go far with the given free generals Stonewall and Moltke, but try getting Beseler as your first artillery general. Then get Ivanov and Hindenburg, then maybe an infantry general Straubenburg or a naval general like Beatty/Hipper. Then you are pretty much done for your late game main roster |

I think it would be at least nice to add in those discussions which skills should be added/are recommended to add. I also read somewhere some medal recommendation for which generals, maybe that could be an option as well. Jep, I would love to see more added in the future, such as skill recommendations. However I first need to set the foundation. I'm a general expert, you can ask me anything, and I'd like to help😄 Just a quick try: Who's better, Arnold or Timoshenko? Of course Arnold. Timoshenko is only good when there were no modern scenarios in WC4. In modern warfare, Timoshenko won't last long attacking in plains using tank. He doesn't even have blitzkrieg/AA/PanzLeader to begin with. As for Arnold, his main role is as an airforce officer and city defender (with his rumor). I know a lot of players like to exploit Arnold's rumor. But as for me, I hadn't bought Arnold until modern war, because I already equipped rumors on all of my generals. By the time I bought Arnold, almost all my generals already had lv4 rumor (lol). As for Timoshenko, he is not even good at being a tank/artillery general, only a fast moving but crackeble land general (due to his plain fighting which makes him tend to attack in plains without coverage). And Timoshenko doesn't have rumor at the beginning. As for Arnold's empty skill, I'd like to recommend the infamous crowd tactics on him. Note: at the beginning I was confused as you asked me to compare a tank and an air general. But I understand your question, you like to use Timoshenko and Arnold as support land generals right? However I don't recommend it. Give rumor on every generals you have and they will all be OP. |
