Is there a guide for Rommel's second mission? Even though I have max Pacific War tank tech, Super Tanks and Manstein and Guderian, most of my Super Tanks are half health when they engage Auchinleck.

My first three generals were all tank gens. I took massive losses but you have to save your tanks and attack things that can't attack back. |

I could get Rokossovsky, but I dislike the fact that it costs 800 medals to give him his 6th tank star. My economy is stable but losing mass amounts of Super Tanks and Heavy Tanks for clearing a mission that is latter passable via Cold War tech is something that I can’t afford. |

I would pass up on roko’s third tank medal. If you want a cheapo, I’d get vatutin. Although vatutin might not have the best movement, he is strong. Roko is really just vatutin with 2 more movement stars another entrenchment. And more hp |

I’m in the doorstep of the Cold War, only need to complete the 3 remaining Pacific Axis missions on both Normal and hard, then collect the medal rewards from Conquest 1939 and the medal rewards + the Assault Medal from Conquest 1943. Farming the conquests will give me enough resources to get the most important Cold War tech upgrades which will make the Rommel missions much easier. |

I'm in the cold war era and can say, Messe can still do some work. Not good enough, though. He has bad HP and is only effective if you max his Rumor. But why max his Rumor when I can max Guderian's Rumor instead? Besides Guderian, I also have Leeb, Konev and Nimitz for Rumor. |

Vatutin is underrated imo. The guy has manstein’s output. Once your tech is higher enough, his movement vs roko’s movement won’t be that massive in difference.

Guderian and Messe are good enough because you can build rocket/super artillery within the mission, so Konev and Leeb are there to Rumor the enemy tank generals.
