 Half HP Eisenhower in a Super Tank with double morale loss... really? (Time of Glory normal) Yeah he is horrible on land, unlike in wc3. No real reason to buy him. You would probably be better purchasing the 7.99$ medal package and getting some better like nagumo, mountbatten, or kuznetsov. With rumor, they’ll all be decent on land |

That’s what I did. Instead of purchasing him I bought the package. Seriously, with that package and 200 more medals I can get Yamamoto who is infinitely better than Eisenhower.

Bradley ended one of my runs because allies couldn't take New York.
The next try I didn't have to worry because allies took New York that time.

 Here is Coulson, arguably the most annoying general in Modern War, and the most dangerous in navy. I would buy Eisenhower if he had Coulson's skill set. Not all of the skills being Level 5, of course. Most Level 3, 1 Level 2 and 1 Level 1, just like Manstein. I’m fine with Eisenhower's movement as he can have up to 5 stars, and he has 6 navy stars + Marshal rank. |

In fact, you can actually have Dönitz who is practically the same as Coulson. Give him Rumor and Sailor. It’s not that recommended since Nimitz is arguably better, but if you want to have someone almost the exact same as Coulson (Dönitz is just 1 Star slower than him which is barely a difference), get Dönitz.

Mountbatten and Kuznetsov can actually be close to coulson in terms of raw power. Coulson is so annoying because he has lvl 5 ship depot. But you don’t need it as your general is hard enough to kill without it. Wolfpack, although great, is not needed. |

Sad that Eisenhower belongs to the only general category whose top general isn’t a Major General (Both Guderian and Konev are Lieutenant Colonels, while Nimitz/Dönitz is a Major General ). This makes his Marshal rank not that much of a difference because, even if it isn’t recommended, upgrading Nimitz/Dönitz to Marshal rank costs a little more than 2000 medals.

Most likely to make the mission easier for beginners. No beginner could handle having the morale reduced practically each time Arnold was attacked. |
