Is leeb an end game general or should I drop him once I get to WWII Pacific? Don't drop Leeb. The consensus is that he can be 2nd best end-game arty gen. |

It is a skill that is good for campaign and conquest. The only other good skill you could get would be mechanist, which would make leeb survive forever. But that is less important in campaigns where you can take massive amounts of damage at once. |

I kind of regret getting him, i didnt upgrade him cuz i was poor as a beginner, and always used konev. I would have had a better and more fun time with a general like zhang, unupgraded his rumour and artillery leader never triggers

I nearly finish this game with Zhukov and Konev but I'm preparing to buy Leeb (got 3k4 medals now but i will wait until 7k or 8k then buy him), he's the best among remain Art gens. |

For example, Devers in the conquest as USA has rumor lvl 2. Maybe arnold would be a smarter chouce. However, Messe has other redeemable features, like 4 stars in tank and good output so he is worth keeping around. |

Leeb still is the 3rd best (2nd best excluding Zhukov) arty gen, cuz he can have accuracy, arty leader, plain and rumour. Also when upgraded to max (which will cost a bit less than some gold tank gens) he has 5 stars movement which is something you don’t see very often.

hm why do i need so much rumour... zhang has 4stars max movement and has space for accuracy, ik they are abt the same and leeb can be arguably higher, but a second artillery general seems unnecessary to me when I can only have 5 generals in campaigns and 8 generals in conquests. I prefer zhang cuz he's the less chosen option.

I prefer zhang cuz he's the less chosen option. 6 gens for UN hard though, and it becomes increasingly important to apply rumour without retaliation so 2 arty is better than 1 arty. and if you don’t use leeb, then you wouldn’t use Zhang either lol |
