I can't seem to be able to rush 1939 as axis.
Which country should I be using?
I don't really like to play as Germany because of the amount of enemy generals and I can't seem to be able to win on all fronts with Japan if I send troops to America in the first turns.

Japan is the best Axis rushing country in my opinion. You can attack USA from the start with multiple generals and the ROC is quite easy to gobble up. Then you face an empty Russia so just round up their cities. My strategy was to have Yamashita and the guy with glasses (Okamura?) Head through Mongolia and start attacking Russia while my troops defeated the ROC.

Japan is the best Axis rushing country in my opinion. You can attack USA from the start with multiple generals and the ROC is quite easy to gobble up. Then you face an empty Russia so just round up their cities. My strategy was to have Yamashita and the guy with glasses (Okamura?) Head through Mongolia and start attacking Russia while my troops defeated the ROC. I did that, Zhukov destroyed Okamura and almost killed Yamashita. Moscow, couldn't capture it in time. I defeated ROC but then had problems attacking SEA and India. I send troops (including Itagaki, Badoglio, and Guderian) to conquer America, I easily got Alaska, the Canadian cities and the US East coast (I even defeated Eisenhower on tank) but had problems pushing forward to Washington because I couldn't distribute my resources good. I guess what I should be doing is sending Guderian together with Yamashita and Okamura to capture Moscow and send Badoglio and Itagaki to the US East Coast at like turn 10. And of course not forget the Pacific bases and Australia. |

It worked for me. Idk why Zhukov was even still at Moscow. In my game he was attacking Germany.

that must be terrible . You can't spam tanks at him because the city before him only can spawn infantery, so you have to take your troops all the way from Nanking or so. that takes a lot of time |

When I did this my only general was Meyer. I believe I had him attack the USA through Alaska and Canada. Your air general should probably fight the ROC. Maybe try using Yamashita to capture Peking before you attack Mongolia. It should buy you more time for Zhukov to leave. If he doesn't leave ever, then after taking Mongolia have the dynamic duo fight in Southern Russia

normally as i'm playing in asia, i first conquer all of asia. then i got a really steady (indestructeble) economy, so i start tankspamming at nanking and create a lot of carriers in japan with tanks to land on america. after that i send the carriers towards australia and all those islands in there. in that way it you don't have to wait until you get brisbane...
in europe as axis, your done except brisbane, than brisbane takes up another 15 turns so bye bye rushing...
