Lacrosse is a sport that has been passed down from the Iroquois Native Americans down to the colonists and then modern day Western New Yorkers (idk if it's popular in the rest of America, but I do know it's very popular here). Basically, here's how'd i explain it. There are two teams. Each player has a lacrosse stick, which looks like this: The ball is also shown here. Both teams try to get the ball into the enemy goal to earn points. You can throw the ball to other people on your team. You can run with the ball when it's with you. This is a very basic definition, if you want to know more, look it up on Wikipedia. It's pretty interesting.
