Now, I don't hold the skill or patience to make a mod nor do I even know where to begin. That's why I'm reaching out to other modders, I've had this idea for a while now but I've been swamped with things in real life that I couldn't get around to it. Anyways, here is my suggestion. I suggest a modder that has free time or a fan of the series to make a Fallout mod. This could range from 2050s-2400s, starting with Operation Anchorage where you can play as China or the US or Canada, this mod will mainly affect conquest mode. Here are the current conquest ideas I have;

USA and China are at war so these would (naturally) be the only playable countries of this period, with the exception of canada who was involved in operation anchorage.
~2077
The bombs have dropped, with this the USA is shattered into the Enclave in the west-midwest, and the Brotherhood of steel in the west-east coasts. With remnants of the US government scattered in between. China is scattered too but there is no real lore on factions there so get creative!

This is where it gets crazy, In the south Texas-lower west coast is Caesar's Legion, the brotherhood in the east mainly, and the enclave mainly in the west. As before be creative with Asia or leave it the same as 2077. Unlike 2077 in 2102 you are shot back down to a very low tech with no nukes or tanks unless you are brotherhood or enclave.

It's a bit easier now, the Brotherhood of Steel and the Minutemen now fight over the eastern coast as the Enclave are stuck in the Midwest as Caesar's Legion spans from texas to california. All still fighting as the the Brotherhood of steel is in alaska aswell. Chinese soldiers may still be in the western parts of alaska but are ghouls.
What I haven't mentioned: From 2066-2297 there are chinese in west alaska, also there is a chinese submarine off the east coast of america.
Ik this isn't much to go on but, if a modder would like to attempt something like this I would be very very happy.
