I want everyone to post an image (and maybe talk a bit about it, if possible) about his favourite spaceship class/classes from Star Wars. Personally, I am a fan of the Imperial ships, easpecially from the star battleship and dreadnought classes (most of them from Legends). This is what I post: - Praetor Class Battleship - Mandator III / Bellator Class Dreadnought - Executor Class Super Star Destroyer/Dreadnought Ships such as the battleship and Dreadnought are ships with a lenght of over 5 km, compaired to the more "classic" Imperial Class I and II star destroyers that had only 1.6 km (Praetor Class was 5 km in leght, the Bellator was in the same area, and the Executor was 19km). Now, which are your favourite ships? |

But what Imperial fleet can be that one with its classic work horse, the Imperial Class II star destroyer, or the Immobilizer? And we should not forget where all these starships designs came from, evolved from their little brother, the Victory Class Star Destroyer... |

Personally, I am more on a fan of the huge capital ships. But I also like the starfighters of this universe.

I want to make some corrections about sizes (great thanks to Star War: The Essenrial Guide to Warfare - great book; I really want to have it into my collection) - Praetor Mark II was 4 km in lenght - the Bellator Class Dreadnought is 7 km long Two more ships: Assertor Class Dreadnought - 15-17 km and Allegiance Class Battlecruiser (3 km long) |

I like TIE Interceptors, their style is nice is my opinion. TIE Interceptors also make that screaming noise that sounds like a Stuka but it's more futuristic.
Those droid control ships are also cool. Lucrehulk class ones.
Personally, Ren's TIE Silencer looks amazing.
Also, I like the Venator Class Republic Ships.

It's kinda sad that Imperial Fleet roster in canon has been reduced to aproximately 10 ship models. There are still many models that have no reason reason not to be recanonised.
At the moment, this is the current canon situation for the Empire:
- Imperial I&II Class Star Destroyer
- Victory Class Star Destroyer (recanonised in the novel "Tarkin")
- Secutor Class Star Destroyer (also recanonised in "Tarkin")
- Interdictor Class Star Destroyer
- Dreadnought Class Heavy Cruiser
- Carrack Class Strike Cruiser (I think it's still canon)
- Venator Class Star Destroyer (mostly the first years of the Empire in the Outer Rim)
- Mandator I Dreadnought (probably left since the Clone Wars era)
- Executor Class Dreadnought
- Gozanti Class Cruiser (transport role)
- Emperor Palpatine's personal Dreadnought called "Eclipse"(in canon, most probably another Executor Class Super Star Destroyer)

 The mighty Eclipse Star Destroyer is my favorite due to it's peculiar and mysterious design and color scheme making it look like a dark abyss waiting to devour you at the darkest parts of the galaxy. |

Yeah, the Eclipse is a ship that really impresses. It's not really the most versatile ship, but it inspires hope into allieds and dread into enemies. Aslso, do you know it's smaller brother, the Sovereign class Dreadnought? Both were intended to be mass-produced ships by Reborned Emperor's Dark Empire, both capable of destroying an entire planet with their superlaser.
