Khurram I understand your enthusiasm but not all main countries are claimed yet and adding tiny countries or puppet-states to the list will not improve that.

French forces will continue to operate in Africa. They can turn into a 2 or 3 star country instead of 5 anymore after they are taken over.

I keep it as a 1-2-3 star rating because we get discussions if Soviet-Union shouldn't be a 4 star country in 1939 and if Italy is actually a 4 star country and since I do not wat screaming and yelling threads I prefer the 1-2-3 system. As for Mounbatten, Mounty > , when a country is ran over by enemy troops (let's say France) it will turn into a 2 star country. However a 2 star country can also turn into a 3 star country if for example Romania succeeds in attack the SU and conquers Moscow

Von Bismarck jr, lol, idc about Europe! Europe is for nubz! Anyways, I will take over China, Burma, Indochina, Indonesia, Australia, British and French India, Tibet, New Zealand, the rest of Oceania, the West Coast of the USA (California, Oregon, Washington, and maybe Arizona, Idaho, etc.), Alaska, and the west coast of Canada (British Colombia, Northwest Territories, etc.). Then I'd also have Mongolia, Tannu Tuva and Northern Sakhalin (regardless of whether or not I attack USSR), and then if I do attack USSR, I'd like the Soviet Far East. Deal? And also, for this scenario, I'm going to request that we don't have peace Negotations;Unconditional surrender by a certain side is obligatory.

In the new rules, it says researching tech takes one turn but building up troops doesn't. Wtf???

In the new rules, it says researching tech takes one turn but building up troops doesn't. Wtf??? You can build up your troops and do something else in the same turn, while researching tech takes up an entire turn.

The Allied leader (I.e Britain) will control any allied countries not controlled by people.
So, Japan (myself, because I'm the Axis Leader), will control all the Axis countries not controlled by people.

If we really want to start, then someone could take more than one country. So Khurram, you could take France and USA. But if you do, you'll need to remember that France will fall once Paris falls.
