I respect the every general analysis from The Great Picard, but I disagree with some of the thing he said. This thread will change over time as my point of view changes.
So I am going to start with the simplest of all the generals from the IAPs Army: 1. Suvrov/Brock (AI version) 2. Dearborn/ Kutuzov 3. Washington 4. Duke of Wilmington/ Brock 5. Lannes Cavalry: God spot: Berthier (OBVIOUSLY)
1.Dombrowski 2. Radetzky 3. Archduke C./ Murat 4. Massena / Davout 5. Lannes
Artillery: 1. Moreau 2. Nelson 3. Davout
Navy : 1. Poniatowsky 2. Kutuzov 3.Nelson 4. Treville 5. Lannes( not sure why you want him here)
Here comes generals for two stars.
Army: 1. Oudinout 2. Dobeln 3. Ney 4. Jourdan
Calvary: God. Berthier 1. Golytsin 2. Sulkowski 3. Savary 4. Ney
Artillery 1. Scharnhorst 2. Ushakov 3. Drummond 4.Collinwood
Navy 1. Collinwood 2. Savary 3. Ushakov 4. Ney

Just before everyone jump, let me explain why Davout is not the best.
First Davout's output is not that good for cavalry, and he lack strike which I think is the most important for cavalry because it is easy to build a fence and surround Davout. Second Davout is not good for artillery because first he doesn't have engineer and accurate which make him move slower and lower output. Then without high training or leader ship it is so easy surround him. ( What I do all the time in conquest).

people may ask why is Nelson is on artillery list, first he has accurate and four training starts. Second he has leadership and flag, flag is super useful as artillery, and leadership allows him to be surrounded without a problem. ( For real if you are buying an IAP why do even care about starts, all you need to worry is about their skills.

Archduke C, people think as the worst IAP, but he has strike and five training stars, he is a human meat wall with strike.

Washington is on the board because I think the purpose of army is to guard the city, with five star training, leadership, eco master, rapid fire. He is a pretty op at guarding a city.

Poniatowsky, he may doesn't appear to be a good navy, but you must remember there are no skills that can add attack stats in navy, so assault art is great, fireproof is pretty op in navy and leadership allows him to in the middle of the crowd. (Plus who will buy just navy, so I really recommend him)

Lannes can be actually good with a lot of thing, leadership, geography and assault art make him good at everything

Massena, not as recommended, but he does have five star training and leadership.

ushukov is a good general because he is good at both artillery and navy, plus he has two star at training which yemolov and drummond lack.

I don't use Savary, but he is a great general in Navy and Artillery Wait what? Savary is cavalry. For 3*artillery why aren’t you putting Desaix over there? And where is Yermolov for 2*? How can Jourdan be compared with Eugene Bernadotte all those people? Even Joubert and Sacken outmatch him. Why wouldn’t you put Sidney there for 2* navy?

1. Desaix, doesn't have geography, leadership, assault art, bomb, only has two chaining, so he is a like a artillery general in the one star category.

2. Yermolov, he doesn't have any stars in training, he's skills doesn't increase attack, he can't be a navy general. Berthier can finish him in a one v one fight. ( tested in my second account for five times, using 1806 yermolov, against turkish rocket, they are the same stats, Berthier won four times.)
