3. no one will buy a army general in two stars except for oudinout and Dobeln. Ney is can be use in everything, Jourdan can be use in artillery and army, with two training stars.

4. The only reason you may need a navy general is the American campaign, just use Kate as your navy general, than regroup her. In addition, fire proof is like steersman in navy, a fire is 4 to 8 percent of your hit point which is around 10 to 30 health. Spy is a good skill for navy to have because you can use it to take out building around the sea, and the it is easier to rank up.

top two Skills I think is important in each category
Army: Mass fire, leadership
Calvary: Geography, strike
Artillery: bomb tied with accurate, leadership tied with geography and engineer.
Navy: Steersman, fireproof/leadership

I still don't get why the great picard said Poniatowski is good for anything. He is not good in cavalry general, just assault art and geography really can't do a lot of things. For army, he only has leadership and assault art. He can only be fine with Cav and army. He is the strongest in navy.

Lan sometimes is overrated, she can't run fast, training in cavalry is useless, leadership in cavalry is useless, assault art is great but you need to sl.

Lan without s/l is a Golitsyn with Leadership. Berthier is a Golitsyn with Geography. At maxed regroup and items, Lan’s movement is 15-17 (8-10+5+2+Warhorse) for a consistent 5-grid movement while Berthier’s movement is 17-19 (8-10+5+2+2). This means that Berthier is faster on light & heavy cavalry but no faster on guards cavalry & armoured car. In my experience Berthier and Lan are in the same god-tier. Berthier is slightly better at search-&-destroy missions because Geography while Lan is better at meat grinding because of Leadership and 2 extra training stars. |

You are ranking them counting versatility? And do you really know the use of accurate and bugle?
Any training stars below 3 are equal to 0, because they are too easy to reach.
