Can anyone just tell me straight up how to expand Germanies borders in 1943??? The videos that I find are for computer, and the people speak to fast. I am simply wanting the UK to belong to the 3rd Reich. I already tried changing 0b (Britain's code) in hex editor to the Third Reich, but all it did was change the Union Jack (Britain's flag) to an iron cross (third reichs flag). This is the LAST part of my mod, and I really need it to be done! Please, anyone?!

LeBeau, mostly for hex mapping i use nox emluator and i find the hex spot and use hex calculation to change borders around.
