And to be fair, Clinton is actually good at almost anything lol Clnton is good at stuff but imo gates is better. Bismarck < Clinton < Gates = Bolivar < Barclay < Karl = Massena. |

Bismarck < Clinton < Gates = Bolivar < Barclay < Karl = Massena. Man you must really dislike Bismarck haha. Clinton has a terrain bonus and decent battle ability so he can be a nice hybrid. You can stick him on literally anything you want. For me. lannes would be between Barclay and Karl = Massena. He is just so good for his price. |

If I’m not mistaken, Germany wouldn’t be called Germany if it wasn’t for him. Bismarck is often seen as a genius that played a key role in establishing Germany as a powerful country. |

Judging by what I read, Otto is a good general that is unfortunately overpriced, given that Massena and Karl, the 2 most recommended Infantry generals, are considerably cheaper than him.
