This guy is also someone who just barely misses greatness. He has fantastic skills and even a defense skill. However, his price and his rank bring him down. Gneisenau is also a rather expensive general, as he only costs 200 medals less than Bolivar and Masséna, and he is rather far from being the best purple general, as lannes, grant, robert, barclay, and moreau have him beat. His strengths are surprassed by his price, and this alone makes him a bad option.
This guy tries to be Bolivar jr, but why buy him when Bolivar is only 200 medals more?

Yeah bolivar doesn’t suck. He is actually really good for his price. Think of him as George Washington, just without the plain fighting. He is still really good, just Masséna is a god.
