Not a bad general. Has quite a few redeemable qualities. On par with Bolivar. The easiest way to describe him is being dearborn on infantry. But I would pass on him as you have gates and masséna is slightly more than this guy

You know, if I had leftover slots because I wouldn’t need anybody new and my generals were all maxed, I would buy this guy just to shove him the Merits medal just because he’s the best general with Sailor that you can get. Since he’s on Infantry, he won’t be as vulnerable in the sea as Dearborn.
Of course, this is the famous “buying generals for memes”.

You know, if I had leftover slots because I wouldn’t need anybody new and my generals were all maxed, I would buy this guy just to shove him the Merits medal just because he’s the best general with Sailor that you can get. Since he’s on Infantry, he won’t be as vulnerable in the sea as Dearborn. Of course, this is the famous “buying generals for memes”. I would probably Ariel for that haha. |

BTW, Easytech should add the campaign-exclusive countries in the Conquests. Serbia and Greece, for example.

His skills aren’t bad aside from Sailor. But only do that if your generals are all maxed and if you won’t need anybody that you will rely on. Plus all her skills are universal as well. Assualt, cover, ambush, and alert together is quite good i imagine. Like a sakurako on land. Really if she had a great skill such as formation master or plain fighting, she would be a solid 4th infantry general. |
