He is a good general. its only defect is that it is expensive compared to other good artillery generals like scott and Mahmud

This guy 's really good defending cities. Sometimes when you cleared out a city's garrisons and defend point, you need a man to make the move occupying that city and it's him, and next turn you'll see the enemies bow around him.
