I use a princess occasionally in campaigns or challenges if the building is already done or else most often times it's not really worth the cost of the investment. Last princess I used was Victoria on the largest size fort in a challenge, it was pretty effective at keeping the health of the fort topped off.

I find that Victoria also heals units inside the area of the city. Maybe you can check and confirm this.

Oh wow this is a good discovery! Just plain awesome observation!
Victoria heals both the fort and ALL defenders that are included in the city limits. So in this challenge she heals Half the map every round!
And get this: she heals warships too !! That's great because navy healing is always problematic.

I upgrade sakurako once since a challenge that requires gathering knowledge (in egypt) starts with a palace and i couldnt get to the mark without her. Might try to get the healer up now

cardbattler, yeap, I did the same thing. stoic,it depends on your Victoria upgrades I got mine @20hps/round. So in effect it's like a zone wide tent.. for all units, a bit similar to an aura . Might be a bug since the description doesn't quiet fit and the other princess usually only extend the effect to 1 hex not the entire zone. Btw the healing for land units is zone wide but the healing for ships is restricted to ports. This is similar to the British technology that heals ships, except that tech is percentage based while the princess one is just a flat number. I am creating a new thread for this and moving some of the posts since we are quiet a bit off topic.

That's unfortunate . You should only sell Silver Medals and Eagle/Crown Bagdes.. which are both infinetely renewable (by conquests) and not limited in time (like flowrrs). I regret too that I invested all my flowers into Louise (20 more to get her maxed... +25% damage in 3 hexes is pretty good)

Not a huge deal imo if you are like most players and you play these games for a long time then eventually you will earn enough to max multiple princess. Victoria max (lvl5) is 25hps/round zone wide so better than a tent but slightly less than ambulance. Last lvl was 1000 flowers.

I got high hopes that she can be at least level 10 for some serious healing speed.

As we all know her healing ability is not mentioned in description. And as Saltin pointed out, there is still a probability that it is a "bug" actually. I would like to be sure that it is not before giving my precious flowers to her. I simply can't believe that ET simply have forgotten to mention such a "minor" detail like healing all units within the city borders...

Btw, Nobunaga Oda, what exactly is there in her description in the original language? "Fortifications within the range of the city will regain x HP/turn." Since there is no number stated for the range, we can only assume that this HP regain only applies to the city because other descriptions include the distance. Without distance stated here, it should only be 0 hex range from the city, meaning only city fortification will regain HP. There's no mention of units regaining HP. It may just be a glitch.

I'm very sorry to say this but the probability that Victoria's healing ability is a bug after all is high. It seems that not only our units restore HPs within the city borders, but those of the enemy as well. I really doubt that it was the original intention

I really doubt that it was the original intention If we can increase/ decrease the damage inflicted/taken using princesses then there should be a princess that heals units. I hope this isn’t a bug. Or if it is a bug, they would keep it.
