I can infer from the pics that Russia, the Ottoman Empire, Britain & France start off immediately.
Assuming the Russian AI is the same as previous versions, it will attack into Central Europe, the Balkans & the Caucasus.
Britain & France may fight it out right from the start.
Sardinia got annexed by the Papal States, seeing as how territory colour resemble the Papal States' & that Sardinia doesn't appear on diplomacy screen.
Right out of that EW3 scenario is a combined Canadian-Mexican invasion of the USA.

How expensive are the new upgrades? The upgrades unlocked by the British empire are around 180000-420000 gold. Expensive but it appears to be the last upgrade for some stats because artillery mobility can't be upgraded past lvl 2 |

Netherlands 1798 is a must in this new update.
You need to max your tech to 3 star a lot of missions.
Since I farmed the heck out of the conquest it’s muscle memory in around 1-20 but it still takes 15 more minutes to finish the conquest.
We also need a 1 Star A rank strategy for 1812 to get the 7th healing item.
