This mod is only half-completed, I am seeking for somebody who are willing to carry on improving it.
What's new: 1. providing brand new world map, units and generals.
2. 91 general slots for players to cultivite and place your generals.
3. Players can declare war on ANY state at ANY time.

The mod looks great to me. One thing I can contribute to this is the translation of the mod to English. Message me if you are interested.

1 - Are you the one who unlocked WC4 apk aka ccw615 ?
