Erebus , I couldn't see a map on this last print, but I was able to find the ownerships and hex spots of the places I wanted to add with your last explanation, now I just have these two questions that I have typed bellow, hope you answer them if possible, you were the first that I found to have made a very clear guide on how to add a country !!

Before You try the ownership stuff, you need to know a little on where they are in your "conquest.btl" file, after that it is very simple: FIRST) Choose a city, structure(port, factory) or unit that you wanna change the ownership, (Landmines aren't changed with this method) SECOND) Make an easy hex counting to know what is the line where your troops/city/structure is obs: the red line in the map after the russian bunker is the line which I'm talking about

THIRD) The ownership of anything is the country order in the game less one, so 00 means that the city/unit/structure is geman because they are the country 01(first) to play in the conquest, and this logics applies to all countries in the game even those that you added by your own and the FF means that there is no owner for the spot STEP FOUR) Basically, you will search for the ownserhip by typing the country order less one and the FF of the spots that you have between the units/cities/structures and have no owner, so if I wanna get the ownership of the tank of the first image I just type "08ffffffff08" this means that where we have the 08 is a russian unit and following the red line you can see that there four spots with no owner between the tank and the bunker that's why there are four "FF" between the 08 which is the Russian order in the conquest less one (09-01=08) and the "01" before the 08 in the same line of this print is the Polish ownership and those "00" are German ownership (there are two because there was one troop there, but I removed it, but the ownership is still kept) Obs: all you need to do is find the line which the unit or units are located and type the ownerships of that line in the "conquest.btl" searcher + the places with no owner (FF) between them

As you can see I replaced the two 08 with "2e" instead which is the order of belarus in my mod less one (2F-01=2e) that will change the ownership of those unit from Russia to Belarus

Thanks @eberus Now I can change feature city , port , etc with their coordinates , but i still confused how to change ownership So each conquest year has a "code" for example 1939 has 6B8C So you take a city for example (made up) F6G7 swap the front 2 with the back so you should get G7F6 then add that to the Conquest "code" then that will get you a number click "go to" that's the city owner. So now each Nation has a two digit "ownership code" which can control a city with for example (made up) is 07. Now with all of this you add those two numbers in part one and that should bring you to the city ownership number and swap it (example) 07 and that's it save and exit out should be all good!
