But this one is tricky. Our troops are in the see and we have to disembark on a heavily guarded coast. Meanwhile our Spanish allies defend 3 key towns in the north. The problem is that they are simply smashed before I can help them...   That’s not the whole story. Even if you manage to save the leftmost Spanish city and liberate the middle north city, at this point you’re probably on Turn 10. Then, Ney charges at you with a bunch of troops which are tanky enough to delay the last target city's liberation after the end of Turn 15. It doesn’t cause a defeat, but prevents you from 3-starring the mission. I have no idea how to get past that. |

This mission is also considered a defense mission, not a “capture the objective mission”. That means that you have to hold the 3 cities until the end of Turn 15, which is something very difficult to do.

Is this mission Siege Lite? This is definitely not Siege lite, it's far easier than that. No Marshals yet or anyone above M General, but I did 3* it with my final line-up: Massena, Karl, Murat, Dabrowski, Lan, Sakurako, Mahmud II and Alexander I. You should take the centre and the NE cities first. Wipe out Ney and Massena, then march on the NW city and wipe out Bernadotte and his forces there. |

No Marshals yet or anyone above M General, but I did 3* it with my final line-up: Massena, Karl, Murat, Dabrowski, Lan, Sakurako, Mahmud II and Alexander I. I only have 5 maxed generals: Blucher, Murat, Massena, Karl and Napoleon. Must be why. Will try this once I have 8 generals. |
