My fourth general was Dobeln, before him I had Isabella (trained to 5* artillery),
Sophia (trained to 5* artillery, calvary and ship), and Lan (trained 5* calvary and economy ).
Before them i started with Kutaisov and Domuirez which were used later to train Sophia/Isabella and Lan. With these four generals i managed to get 5 stars at every mission, without using any medkits. I wanted perfect victory so I never moved to next mission before getting five stars at current mission, even missions with green target I finished in 5 stars time, destroying/capturing all red and green targets in one try ( Finishing Continental system with Jervis killed in 5 star time was real hell
).
Isabella is best free artillery general,
Sophia is all-around general good for both artillery and calvary (siege master is acctualy great because you need to capture city in almost every mission ),
so my dillema for 3rd and 4rth general was Victoria-Golitsyn or Lan-Dobeln. Fourth general cant be trained so it has to be someone who has 5 stars in infantry/calvary and good skills (Dobeln or Golitsyin). I choosed Lan before Victoria. Lan is probably best general in game, leadership is great skill especialy needed for calvary general cause they are always deep in enemy teritory (and because of that they get often flanked and surrounded). If you add to that assault art and two calvary related skills plus five stars in training, Lan is indestructable.
So my list of free four generals is definitly: Isabella, Sophia, Lan, Dobeln
