Then give up on Rokossovsky for now. Aim to achieve at least lvl 3, recommended lvl 4 or best-case lvl 5 Rumour. Guderian and Konev have lvl 3, Rommel and Leeb lvl 1. This should be enough for now. Maybe try pairing up Rommel-Konev & Guderian-Leeb when sending your gens to the 2 different fronts.

Just for clarification, I send Guderian and Leeb south and Rommel and Konev north? Then I move east with both, and converge on Washington.

Just for clarification, I send Guderian and Leeb south and Rommel and Konev north? Then I move east with both, and converge on Washington. Send Rommel-Konev South to help Rokossovsky & Guderian-Leeb East (takeover the weak cities for resources), North (to prepare to attack Arnold) then West to Detroit(?) confront Arnold. Then, slip Rommel-Konev past Eisenhower & hit the area directly North of Washington (except MacArthur's city). Defensive moves can be handled by spamming MI.
