Well since it seems that the WWII role play is starting to close up, here is the thread to claim countries for the Cold War role play. The actual role play will not start until the WWII one has ended.

@thatamericaguy, please make it that some countries got armies and or technologies in the beginning, because currently both france (before defeated) and me (netherlands) got 5 turns, so were bassically at equal strength. which is a bit weird

I agree, in fact I don't even think it needs to be said...you won't need to build armies. You just start off with certain amount of armies.
