I had vanquished all of my enemies, and had an empire stretching from Madrid to Macedonia, and even further! But then, a French general was camping at a stable in Germany, and the HRE just kept spawning Militiamen deal with him. There were so many militias, I could even send artillery to help weaken the general! So I tried to take their cites and I took Berlin, Vienna and Brunn in the same turn. But they didn't turn neutral! Man I was pissed that game. |

That's why I save the game before I steal their second city. The first steal won't do anything. The second steal and onwards will have the chance to turn them neutral. It's a random occurence so I save and reload before I steal the second time until they turn neutral  |

It is Moldavia (I just started a conquest with it that's how I know)
Wallachia and Moldavia later united into Romania
