That's the ad they are still having a hard time tracking,the one that redirect you to the istore and such.It shows up only only on LTE networks and only for mobile users that are on iPhones and only in certain geographical locations.I will update if there is any more news,in the mean time you can try now and then with LTE and see if it got fixed. Playing as France is Victoria 2. My goal is to take all the land France historically got during the Victorian era, Napoleonic gains (I.e, land annexed to France), former French colonies (Haiti, interior of America) and all the areas where French people live by the end of the game. Here's a list of what I hope to gain and what I've already by gained by 1848 or so.
Land already gained:
Tunisia
Lebanon
Rhine Area
Catalonia
Two Siclies/Southern Italy
(List doesn't include area already controlled by France at beginning such as Pondicherry)
Objectives partly fulfilled (owns some of the land but not all of it)

Algeria

Ivory Coast

Objectives not fulfilled:
Dai Nam (Vietnam)
Laos
Cambodia
Zhanjiang
Djibouti (lol)
