There’s always that amazing guy that you can’t buy... ...he reminds me of Lin B. who would be the second best artillery general in WC4 if he was purchasable. You can't buy him,but use him, if you wish. Sardinia 1798/1806 conquests, if you dare😁 |

Anyway, King Emmanuel IV is an amazing General. Unfortunately you can’t buy him, but he is playable if you pick Sardinia in Conquest. You could use him alongside Massena if he was a free general. 4 stars.

For those that don’t believe that I’m serious, Jungle Fighting is good for Infantry and Tactics Master, too. Emmanuel doesn’t have that much of an Infantry ability, but he has Marshal rank which gives him tons of HP.
Basically a god of defending that can make any Level 4+ city a chore to capture.

Tactics master is a pretty great skill for land units, but there just aren’t any great generals with it comparable to barclay, dabrowski, or alexander i. The best of them is davout, garibaldi, and maria. |
