I’d say to get him. He is the cheapest option and will go nicely with jourdan and mahmud ii. But make sure your other generals are fully upgraded before getting new ones.

I think andrei also thinks that Alexander is better than Mahmud, as he has a more useful terrain bonus. And mahmud is often referred to as the best non iap artillery general in the game. Overall, Alexander has a salvo skill, an aura buff (Artillery Expert), mountain fighting (+25-30%), emperor rank, and great battle ability. Even kutuzov himself only has salvo and plain fighting to offer. But I agree with Andrei. You could also get someone to support your murat. In that case, I would save for Lan. Dabrowski is an option but he is pretty expensive and can only have lvl 4 skills. But you should get him too as cavarly is pretty strong. |
