Pretty basic tips, but helpful ones.
The main troops you want to use are heavy tanks and rocket artillery. Really anything with 2+ range to hit your opponent without them hitting back.
Focus fire destructive generals like Manstein so they don't destroy your whole army.
Surround and flank enemy units to reduce health and time lost destroying a unit.
