This mission is pretty straightforward. Strasbourg could be yours by turn 2 and after that you should head north and help your ally capture the target lv3 city and defend it against the approaching French. This should also be a good opportunity to defeat both of the field artillery genarals without receiving too much damage. Once they and most of the other enemy forces are gone just go for the remaining target cities.
