I am shooting for the 3 star on this one. I am very close to finishing off the Technology tree with only Light Navy attack left and fort technology left to be upgraded. But yeah I'd like to achieve a 3 star on this one which forbids you the use of Artillery Generals which us more or less crucial in my all out together strategy. So any tips or a full blown strat?

At Tito, does attacking in anti-clockwise direction work? (In other words, attack the base to the NE then the NW base).

I did this mission with 3 stars by splitting my forces. The three Inf-aura-gens with napoleon and the rocket artillery and a few infantery units without generals went to the west (land at the northern most past).
And Murat, Dabrowski and Nelson on Field artillery plus all cavalry and 1-2 infantry units sailed east and landed at the very south. then just take your time to eliminate all the units that block your way to the respective cities and by turn 12 you should start to lay siege to them.
Since you have maxed your relevant tech it should be possible. I had ambulance or tent+medikit on Murat, Dabrovski, Karl and Massena. These 4 also were M Generals while the rest was still Major. Barclay was there to provide the aura and deal finishing blows if possible. All auras on lv4

Nope it didnt work I run out ofntime Did you beat it? What I did was split up my group in half. Send the strongest cavarly generals to the northeast whereas the rest of the units go to the west. Eventually, once you take the north eastern city a double debuff will trigger, which you should use to capture to the northwestern city. Its a tough nut but most of the enemy units don’t seem to move at all when it comes to defending the coast.
