Spoiler: You dont have to kill Model nor Bock in this guide. If your technology cannot make it, then following the normal guide strategy will be better, but this is a very ingenious and efficient method.
split your forces like this, super heavy as the leader to the north while heavy tank as the leader to the east. I placed leeb with 3 tank stars(he didnt even get rumour once rip, and he wasnt on a plain at all. so just the 3 stars.) on the super heavy tank, and you need at least one general for this mission to get 3 stars be it with my strategy or the normal mode one. Land your troops and secure the sea naval superiority concurrently. Try to conserve troop health as you land them(i.e. dont use them to randomly damage enemy while in sea, and try not to get in range of units, coastal artillery and land units alike).
Do not occupy the south eastern german city with your troops until your northern troops land and are almost finished with dortmund. Why this strategy? First of all it speeds up the process, and second reduces the amount of troops you have to deploy and destroy in order to complete the mission. When you land your northern units dont help the british take the city they are attacking, in fact block them from taking it as once that german city is lost model in his super heavy tank will swoop down to create havoc. Just breeze past him and attack dortmund asap. Once you are almost done with it you may attack the south eastern city as well, and you should be able to take both objective cities before bock(who is triggered from you taking the south eastern city) and model can seriously hamper your progress. Ignore Amsterdam and dont help your allies as they are both useless and it takes away your resources needed for grabbing the two objective cities asap.
