There is no big science behind this conquest. Brute force is the only viable tactic for the first 10 turns until you push to Shenyang or steal Taipei/Nagasaki, and it's either you make it, or you don't. After that, steam onto Manchuria, USSR then backward into Peking. Once China fell, it's just the good old steamrolling across the continent. However, a big note for pre-65 runners: try to cripple the USSR economy as much as possible. The Western European allies are actually competent, but you must hold the USSR of their resource long enough for the North/South American armies to arrive in Europe before Western Europe fall. And since there is no ocean, once China is done, the path is clear.
You starts out with a very capable general (Chung) to defend Seoul, but around you is a nasty neighborhood of 7 other enemy Generals (with Lin B. and Bagramyan being very tough nuts to crack). To survive the first 10 rounds, there is no compromise to a capable set of defensive Generals. While the saying goes "Offensive the best Defense", this is one of those rare case that such tactics early on would be suicidal.
Absolute prerequisite for bare survival: + Tech tree is complicated, but Aircraft Engine 3 is bare minimum.
+ 1 Air General (preferably with any combination of Carpet Bombing, Explosive and Rumors) (I used Yamamoto)
+ 3 Tank/Artillery Generals (preferably with any combination of Street Fighting, Entrenchment, Camouflage and Shelter) (I used Patton, Rokossovsky, and Leeb. Leeb is a bit more versatile outside cities but wouldn't survive aircraft/missiles long).
I also uses Dowding and Tito for extra economic production after China was conquered and makes life a tad bit easier. Rommel was used for housekeeping purpose while the main army was fighting in China.

Lol im just paranoid but skorea seems v hard to be completed safely, which generals of yours did u place to defend seoul first? How quickly did they die?

Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr, Chung could sit there by himself inside Seoul for a few turn after Pyongyang is flipped, but the general rule of thumb is that China won't rain missiles on your general or cities too much as long as you keep your generals outside cities. Also, China and all countries fighting in Eastern Asia specifically does not use paratrooper in 1950 (from my experience playing as both South Korea and Taiwan), so as long as you don't roll the red carpet straight through Seoul, you should do fine.
