If he was purchasable with a price of like 1300 medals, I would rate him 4 stars. Mostly good stats and skills, but Counterattack and Desert Fighting aren’t that good for Cavalry. He is apparently the Bolivar of Cavalry generals except that he can’t be bought.

I don't know why they used this portrait when the game already has his portrait ingame for Davis and Dugommier. And I don't know why he's not in the game when he was in the last one, even being an IAP (though he was awful).
Honestly it was really weird the first time I played Battle of Lexington seeing Brock and Desaix on the American side, especially Brock.

If he was purchasable with a price of like 1300 medals, I would rate him 4 stars. Mostly good stats and skills, but Counterattack and Desert Fighting aren’t that good for Cavalry. He is apparently the Bolivar of Cavalry generals except that he can’t be bought. Counterattack is pretty good on anything but artillery (maybe navy) imo. Try fighting blucher in 1815 if you think otherwise. Its not the best skills but it is good (in gcr, its one of the best skills). Desert fighting and manuever are the skills that are garbage. I feel as though we still have Paget who is superior |

Spain isn’t too bad, but Greenland is aids imo. I’ve never had issues with Greenland on 1806. Either it’s on my side because I’m playing as a country allied to France, or the British send a small fleet to take it (Which never fails on that task) because I’m playing as a Coalition country. |

Around the same quality as Radetzky honestly. The nice things about him is that he doesn’t take a general slot and that his medal bonus is phenomenal over time. |

IIRC, Blücher is a better cav gen anyways, if you're looking for a good IAP cav gen. |
