the idea of this guide may be different than you would think it is not just a spam of max lv gens. the idea is to move your ship away to take the English harbor in the canal then go to the harbor in ireland and then to the spanish harbor, in the harbor of Amsterdam you build a submarine after a few turns. with a shopkeeper you go to the belgian minefields and then to paris where you stand on the farm between paris and brittania and don't attack anything the Germans will attack paris and you can take paris. if this happens and you donated nothing you will have enough for 1 heavy tank where you can put a good tank general such as gudarian or manstein. now it is just a matter of exterminating germany. sorry that the guide is not very comprehensive but after trying 20 times with 2 successful attempts and 2x forgetting to keep a good guide I got too frustrated to continue.
