Besides the fact that Egypt is not found as a doable conquest in 1950, by accident, it also has no guide.
The poll shows 2 possible routes:
(1) The OP NATO route aka 1943 Egypt strategy.
Here, your allies will show some initial success, taking out Turkey, Greece, Scandinavia, ROC and South Korea.
However, they start to stall and make appalling mistakes. For example, PRC loses its starting troops and almost all its gens through failed amphibious attacks on Japan. Additionally, the WTO thrust in Europe manages to take out Benelux before the NATO counterattack drives them back.
Now, you are stuck with enemies on all fronts and you have to rescue your allies.

My method was to send the troops in the Levant with occasional reinforcements to try claim a base in mainland Southeast Asia while Thailand is still struggling, Iran sends support and PRC launches a minor raid on the region.
From SEA, move north against the North Pacific NATO forces while defending against those from the South Pacific.
Your main goal is to (a) reclaim all lost land, (b) conquer mainland SEA as a forward base, (c) knock out Japan and Midway ASAP, (d) reclaim Kamchakta and (e) expand into the South Pacific and defeat Australia.
Meanwhile, Nasser and the other troops should expand in North Africa and claim the continent as a forward base.
Your most important tasks are (a) conquering all of North Africa, (b) securing the western half of the Mediterranean Sea and (c) luring the Spanish, Portuguese, French and Brazilians into a trap at Morocco and Algeria.
When you have enough income, first send a motorised inf line via the Caucasus into Europe. Then, upgrade it to alternating reinforcements of armoured cars and motorised inf. This ensures that you delay the NATO counterattack and gives you the chance to seize a base to launch a counterattack from in Europe.

(2) Coordinated blitz into NATO lands.
Here, you overwhelm the enemy more quickly than in outcome (1). This gives rise to some changes in strategy as you are riding on the success of your WTO allies before they fall.
Mediterranean War: (A) Control the seas quickly, ensuring that minimally, you have destroyers to knock out the coastal forts and cities in your way. (B) Conquer North Africa quickly, giving you the opportunity to swiftly attack the Iberian Peninsula either before, during or after they have deployed troops to help in the European theatre. (C) From your bases in the Iberian Peninsula, attack across the Pyrenees into France, recapture lost territory and defeat Britain!
Pacific War: (A) Rescue Thailand when it's close to defeat. If the Thais have already been defeated, you must claim all of mainland SEA at the very least. (B) Using Bangkok as a base, or Hanoi if you took it, send motorised inf into the PRC and Korean Peninsula to seize some cities and beat back the NATO counterattack. (C) From your North Pacific bases, launch an attack against Japan and drive NATO out! (D) If you have insufficient bases or your bases are not good enough to ensure the success of (C), expand into the South Pacific quickly, aiming to knock out Australia instead and using the Pacific islands to expand into the North Pacific.

No matter the situation, if you launch a successful counterattack and rescue your allies, your victory is guaranteed. Once Eurasia and North Africa falls, conquering the Americas should be easy.
From the Pacific, attack via Alaska. Use Midway and Hawaii as a decoy to lure NATO troops away from your attack in the north. If the coast is clear, try to land in Mexico and open a 2nd front.
From Europe, the clear choice is launching from Britain and attacking via Canada. Attacking from the Iberian Peninsula is possible, but you need a strong navy escort to accomplish a relatively safe landing.
From North Africa, use Rabat and Dhaka to attack Brazil. Then, use Brazil to expand into the Caribbean and island hop into North America.
