Donitz pretty much takes care of the eastern part of the map including Copenhagen, the Norwegian Navy and Oslo itself. So it's our job to advance all the way north to Bergen, killing Christian and Cunningham in the process. Naval superiority is key to safely transport troops across the North Sea. I also found it very helpful to start air strikes and and paratroopers from the nameless city between Oslo and Bergen.

Navy and land forces both take their first port/city

Howitzer reinforcements from former Danish city will be sent to Copenhagen eventually. The lv1 city is taken with cruiser support and it provides valuable technology income.

The second port is ours. It will produce submarines to destroy the British fleet. Also, it doesn't hurt to get the port in the middle of the map.

Northern Danish city taken. It can help to conquer Copenhagen via Airstrike/Paratrooper together with remaining eastern support forces.

Cunningham gets pummeled. Fresh howitzers are produced in northern Denmark and main forces start to head for an undefended beach in neutral Sweden covered by two Cruisers.

All enemy ports are taken and Cruisers bombard the nameless city in order to prepare it for an airstrike/paratroop combination.

Messe is gonna die in the siege of Oslo. In the meantime, double stacked medium tanks are produced at the nameless city and will be sent towards Bergen together with the shipped howitzers.

Paratroopers, Airstrikes, naval bombardment, artillery and medium tanks are just too much for the last two cities to take.

To clear this mission, I always put Kuznetsov on the double-stacked cruiser while using Manstein on the medium tank. It goes like the normal mission, but I also use Manstein to capture the second target city. Meanwhile, I use Kuznetsov and the western fleet to kill Cunningham and destroy his fleet. While Kuznetsov attacks, I send all of my troops to Sweden. It’s a safe passage since the country is neutral. Then I send Manstein and my other troops to capture Oslo, and then I attack the Norwegian city in the coastline. Finally, I use the city's Level 3 airport to send Strategic Bombers to bomb Bergen. After Bergen is weakened, I send a paratrooper to occupy the city. I usually finish in the last turn, or the turn before it.

My best score so far. Used Manstein, Kuznetsov and Guderian. Guderian made it easier because I used him to attack the city with the Level 3 airport while Manstein attacked Oslo. I captured the city with the airport and used it to strategic bomb Bergen, then sent a paratrooper. Next turn Oslo was weakened enough to send a fighter, making it vulnerable to paratroopers which I sent soon after.

radiofuhrerbunker: can someone provide link of WC4 Glory mod. That doesn't crash when using airforce and has no sound issue fixed. Feels kinda boring to play without BGM and SFX Nov 6, 2024 20:02:55 GMT
