I simply can't understand it... These guys have only 3 skills and yet they give "Marksman" to them. I never ever have seen in my life that AI build any defensive constructions. Those that are present on the battlefield never were used by AI except by chance. This skill is almost a non-existent one to me. Can anyone explain to me what is the point to create such skills and not to provide us with opportunity ever to use it? |

They have put a lot of fortifications on the maps now, especially on expeditions which means it *can* be useful.
2/3 isnt bad, especially for the price, but why not just get cleo at this point?

An interesting general, but not one worthy of purchase. His land ability is equivalent to cleopatra’s, but without all of her navy specializations. Furthermore, he starts out with only archer commander lvl 1, which are 45 medals each. But he is the cheapest “general” in the game, starts off which lvl 3 accuracy, and... thats pretty much it.
I see no reason to buy him over cleo early on, as an additional legion won’t make that much difference but if you insist, he can a ghetto version of Octavian. 3 stars, 3.5 stars for performance, and 2.5 stars for price. If he was maybe 100-200 medals cheaper, he would be a good buy

According to Chinese sources, it costs 570 medal to level a commander to general, while you can get this guy right away at 465, what a bargain.

Li to me is garbage. Accuracy lvl 3 is nice, archer commander lvl 1 is kind of crap. Very expensive to fix. His talent and marksman are both garbage. Cleopatra and him are equals at their max potential, except cleo is of course good at sea too whereas li is not. Of course, mihredates octavian and drusus are all way better. Looks like a good deal but you will be dissappointed if you purchase him.

3/5, his unit in Arena/Epic Battle is the only he has it, Crossbowman, i think Crossbowman is on 3rd best archer in game, is a pity that in general he's not worth it, has 3 skill and one mediocre skill
