What is the effect of flame generally now?

What is the effect of flame generally now? As there is a tactics card for it also. Not much, it does damage over time but it seems minimal, less than 10% a turn of remaining health, combined with the super low chance (base is 6%) makes the skill borderline useless Not recommended |

Second reaction: besiege on infantry, torch and destroy together (put that useless flag to use), infantry commander, max of 8 stars on infantry... at least a 4/5 stars. Some of these generals may look crappy on the outside, but are actually secretly much stronger than they look

For over 400 gens you cant expect him to be bad.
Real question is... compared to similar priced gens, is he good? Not really, so that's a 3 star rating by me (saved because it can reach 8 in infantry), but skills are weak and trait is just ok.
Friendly reminder: Fire damage is 5% of max hp (not actual hp), so not very effective. Good thing is that it sticks to ships if you get to burn them until they land.

All he is is just segestes with infantry commander. Not worth it. |

Not great, I'd prefer to arson for reliable fire. Besides, setting the map on fire will hurt you more than the AI. |
