I think commius is good, but pacorus can make te job of commius with around 90 - 95 medals.

A city cracker who is only bested at that by Crassus, if even actually. He does not need a crit item, as he is for attacking cities, but he can prove his own due to the skill raid and guerilla in combat. He is a man with both a solid skill set and a great talent. Even though many are turned off by his price, I think he is worth keeping around personally.
He is
1) the only cavarly fortcracker in the game
2) a pretty strong general anyway
3) he can use any item well, as his inspire ensures his output will never be unsatisfactory. From an hp item, to the gallic warbook, to the consul’s sceptre, Commius will use any item given to the full potentially.
Personally, i’d get Arminius or Huo for the Laurel Crown to give (any will do), Anthony for the Golden Spear, and Commius for Geography, or an hp item in a campaign city. A flexible general who is a good bargain.
5/5 stars, good for any build, ranging to an iap playthrough, to people who are playing the game for free to challenge themselves.

"Raid" is actually a good skill that allows you to compensate high legion losses . Maybe it's even better than that bonus of Vercy's (aka war drums of EW4).

Commius is Pacorus with siege ability, how effective is siege on a horse? Like how much damage he can do?
And I don't know if he's worth the cost since I have 8 other gens (gold tier, except for Drusus), I was attracted to his skill, maybe he can be useful?

Or make your infantry general crassus with infantry commander and roar so he has fighting ability I give my Hekatonarches (Greek for Centurion, because it always reminds me of the biblical passage, and also cause his armor has a heck ton of arches) PF, Counterattack, Siege, and InfCom. I am thinking that Siege is really only good with war gear. |

And what’s so good about formation lol? Crassus is terrible in Combat. If he is not Sieging a city, he has March, Counter, Infantry Tactics, and 8 stars. I can get better than that in Segestes, for 160 medals. When Sieging, he has Siege, Tunnel, Infantry Tactics, and 8 stars. That is good, but Tunnel can be replaced by war gear, IMO. So he is a strong city sieger, but nothing else. In comparison to Segestes, you are paying 420 medals for Tunnel and Siege, not including upgrade cost. |
