He’s actually quite great for ships. Fireproof, sailor, and navy attack skill. An awesome navy general. But if I ain’t gonna get agrippa, I am not going to get sextus pompey

If you're going to get a navy gen, gather a few more medals and go for Cleopatra, its a no-brainer, not only for the better stats, unique and really good trait and one more skill, but because she uses archers. Going for several navy gens is bad, way better to grab infantry focused ones that can get high navy (5-7). If Cleopatra wasnt an option, I'll give him an extra star, but luckily, she is |

Cleopatra has better Naval skills of all "Navy" generals. She has two crucial skills for an archer, her price is reasonable and she is the only woman in GCR. It is a crime to abstain from buying her |

Well, I don't have her yet, but it's a matter of time.
I prioritised Vercin as I lacked an infantry general (was using for long Pothinus which was depressing)
There are three universal truths: 1. Cleopathra is a must buy. 2. Triangular sandwiches are better than squared ones. 3. Hannibal is op.

Good Navy gen, but if you want a stronger Navy, get Agrippa, and if you want a better land who is good at Navy, get Lucullus. He has no place, unfortunately. Sorta reminds me of EW4 Kate.

Hmm. If I wanted a pure navy, this is who I would get. Fireproof, Escort, and Sailor are all top-notch Navy skills. I won't want Nav Commander without Helmsman, so Cleo is really the only other option, but that Escort is great for a general of his Caliber. His infantry is bad, but given that he has 6 stars and Formation, it cannot be completely denied.
PS: If you are wondering why I am doing these reviews of cheaper gens, it is that I hate wasting medals on gens when a cheaper substitute will do the job. e.g. Sextus Pompey vs. Agrippa.

NVM, another option Is Pothinus, who, for less than a third of the price, loses Formation, a Star in Infantry and Navy, Fireproof and Sailor, and gains Navy Tactics and Helmsman.
