This one is very straightforward: land on Sicily, capture Palermo and then move on to Rome and Naples. You should also help the British and American with their respective naval battles so that you can transport your land forces without opposition.
It's good that we take Palermo ourselves so that we can produce a few more units.
Also, stealing the port from the British can get us more subs so that we can sink the whole enemy fleet (not necessary but helpful:-))

(As you can see this amount of tech already lead to an overkill victory so even less is possible)
