At first, send every unit to the nameless target city (Bock is nearby) in the middle of the map. After capturing and defeating the surrounding units continue towards Riga while giving your allies a little help in the north. Minsk and Kleist's cities should be last. As seen in the screenshots I was able to bypass/ignore Manstein and Model completely.
Throwing everything at the first city and two allied genarals supporting us is more than the Germans can bear. One additional heavy tank and rocket artillery for Messe/Crerar were buildt in the meantime.
Approaching Riga and was able to occupy the city that Rokossovsky attacked.
Bagramyan took Riga and put up a good defence against Model so we caould move on to the south. In the north some units are produced to hold the city and in preparation for Rokossovsky's push against the northwest target.
Bagramyan defeated but still holding on to Riga. In the south I decided to go for Kleist first instead of expending my forces on Manstein (he and his retaliation damage are so strong).
Kleist indeed proved to much easier to take out. Allied Russians still hold Riga (!!!)
What's this?! Manstein moving out to attack former Kleist city. Rokossovsky has almost killed Greim and I moved a light tank into Riga (that I carrefully positioned nearby in case the ally would lose Riga).
With Manstein gone, Minsk falls quickly. Light tanks can prevent him from taking a target city 1-2 turns (depending on assault ability triggering).

Yet another fairly easy level for me. I managed to complete it in 15 turns.
