Dellius

Not quite as cheap as Pedius, but he does bring several notable advantages to the table. His skills, although both are garbage, use the same flag and could be useful for missions. He gains the rank of chilliarch, adding an additional 5% damage and also getting rid of the dredded 2nd turn for a tier 3 unit. He also has 7 star potential on cavarly. Just imagine how devastating this skill would be if dellius attacks twice. With a pompey gladius, I imagine he will quite often. Another strong cavarly general along with Pacorus I and Serapion early on. His infantry ability, although not great, might also prove advantageous in certain scenarios.
