Throw everything at Okamura and give a little support to the British navy. Then move on to Itagaki's city. Once it's taken, help the Britsh in the northeast with a few units while concentrating on Terauchi. After he's defeated, Yamashita attacks you and the Japanese suffer a moral drop. Defend the counter attack and then focus on Kuala Lumpur as last target.

Japanese fleet is defeated and we're moving on to the second important city.

Since Itagaki's city has tier 3 industry and is in a good position, it will be our main production location. (You could build a tech center there to crank out even more heavy tanks)

Managed to take the port, Koiso's and Terauchi's city. Now the remaing Japanese lead by Yamashita try a desperate counter attack on our main base.

It took some time to move all the units there but with all of them Kuala Lumpur is overwhelmed easily.
