I only can receive 2 stars in this mission with Trebonius -Pacorus I - Inf commander - Pompey , is hard, any have 3 stars in this mission? and what is your strategy?

I finished the stage with 3 stars. Here's the tip. You had to capture the cities required including Saguntum. Now, the tricky part, when the enemy take the Lusitanian city on the west, enemy reinforcements arrived on the sea and try to capture the coastal cities so you had to defend it. Once the threat is over, you can now proceed to conquer Saguntum.
