So I beat 1980 with USA for the three star country. Any tips/help for good 2 and 1 star strategies?

1 star: Egypt --> Easy domination of africa, south america and when USA weakens the terrorists in North America swoop in. You need some effort in the middle east, then afterwards work your way up to helping the USSR push the terrorists out of europe, and also push to asia.
2 star: I played as Germany and France, and 2 star is tough unless you are confident about handling a titan tank spam in Europe. I recommend Germany as once you retreat all your generals on super tanks and artillery, reclaim holland and belgium, you can start saving berlin and defeating the titan tank spam. After that europe will pretty much be in your hands and you can finish the conquest smoothly.

Europe, Africa, Middle East,and most of America are cleared, just tedious mopping up now. Glad my instincts were good. I'm still daunted by the thought of a 1 star conquest though. I've had several tries in other conquests as Egypt fizzle out after taking Africa, the cities are just too poor to sustain a defence against uber unit spam |

simultaneously invading the middle east as well as africa prevents land spam, and the naval spam does not affect you unless italy crumbles

You just have to confuse Wagner and capture the port on the first round. But, I don't US and India are that easy because of the spams. Egypt is easy if ur quick. The easiest conquests imo are the countries in Europe making USSR, Germany, and Italy the easiest. |

If that can be defeated, you significantly increase the chances of winning the conquest. |

I saw somebody mention Italy, I should mention Italy's port is a key point, because if you lose it to terrorists, they will begin spamming missile cruisers like crazy, hitting all your cities. Best thing to do as Italy is spam super subs and grab all the ports in the Mediterranean asap.
